Service Areas

Respiratory Therapy

Respiratory or chest physiotherapy includes a range of techniques designed to enhance breathing efficiency, improve lung function, and clear airway secretions. This therapy supports patients with compromised respiratory systems—whether due to surgery, chronic lung conditions, or ICU admission—by promoting oxygen intake, strengthening respiratory muscles, and reducing breathing effort.

Post-operative Physiotherapy

Post-operative physiotherapy is tailored to the type and extent of surgery. Early mobilization, respiratory exercises, and progressive movement therapies are introduced during hospitalization to reduce complications, restore physical function, and promote faster wound healing. Our team ensures continuity of care from hospital to home for optimal recovery.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

This branch of physiotherapy addresses injuries and conditions affecting muscles, joints, ligaments, and soft tissue. Whether caused by trauma, posture, or overuse, musculoskeletal physiotherapy aims to alleviate pain, restore range of motion, correct imbalances, and improve overall function. Common conditions include back and neck pain, sports injuries, and postural dysfunction.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy plays a vital role in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of sports injuries such as muscle strains, ligament sprains, fractures, and dislocations. Our goal is to support a safe, efficient return to sport through tailored rehabilitation plans, hands-on therapy, and exercise. We also focus on injury education, prevention strategies, and long-term performance enhancement.
